Kicked it in LB last weekend with my homie JV and his girlfriend Sara. Funnest sidewalk shredding ever, seriously. Joel Tudor Sector 9 pro model + 4th street sidewalks & curbs = amazing. Also 4th street has some of the best vintage thrift shops ever. The scene around here is pretty hipster but I take hipsters over PB douche bags anyday. Some woozy vision for ya with the point and shoot cam:

Cruised the city today with one of my bffs Kathryn who I eternally owe my life to because she was totally cool with me missing her wedding day to extend my trip in Europe to take pics on the Elektro Premier Tour – thanks Kath you truly are the shit, thanks for not ex-communicating me. We first headed to Union Square and then to Japan Town for some sush and shopping and then dinner in the Marina. Check out some pics I snapped of the day. Man I love this city.

Check out this quickie vid of Melissa gettin down at the world famous CWC rail park www.camsurwatersportscomplex.com earlier this year in the Phillipines. I wonder if they serve lumpia at the snack shop, cause wakeboarding plus lumpia would be shredtastic.

So I’ve been living in San Diego for almost 8 years now and I wouldn’t trade that for anything in the world because it truly is hands down America’s finest city (google it). But I also grew up in the Bay Area so I got mad love for norcal. Recently I’ve been spending more time up here with the fam for the holidays and what not and I got the chance to reconnect with my roots. A lot of people like to rage about socal vs norcal and which is better….but I for one stand by the fact that California overall is the SHIT and I’d take this state over all the rest of the states combined any day. Anyhow, here’s a little nor cal photo tribute from the past couple of years.
